Job summary

DirectPath Recruiting Services partners with a leading company to identify an experienced Electronic Manufacturing Sales Manager to lead growth and program development in their EMS division. The role targets sales-driven electronics professionals who can develop new business, manage customer programs from concept to delivery, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electronics engineering, business administration, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Proven sales and program management experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Experience with EMS, PCB assembly or related environments.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue in electronics/EMS.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic accounts.
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage customer programs from concept to completion, ensuring quality and delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and support.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, business reviews, and performance reports for leadership.
• Support program development and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety requirements.
• Manage multiple programs and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
