Job summary

Dover Food Retail is seeking an EMS and Electrical Supervisor to lead installation and maintenance of control systems for refrigeration and building energy management. You will supervise technicians, read schematics, and ensure safe, compliant operations across multiple sites.

The role requires extensive field experience, strong leadership, and the ability to travel as needed while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 8+ years in electrical systems for commercial construction.
• 5+ years in project management/on-site foreman roles.
• Valid State Driver’s License required.
• Progressive experience leading to supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead EMS and Electrical installation and maintenance teams.
• Coordinate personnel and resources for job sites and projects.
• Read blueprints and interpret control/ladder diagrams.
• Ensure safety procedures per OSHA and company protocols.
• Perform troubleshooting and repair of EMS and Electrical systems.
• Communicate effectively with team and stakeholders.
