Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent learning attained through experience required.
• Three (3) years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
• EMT Certification preferred.
• Experience teaching EMT courses.
• D2L Experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Current Paramedic certification.

Aufgaben

• Teach students using a variety of techniques including but not limited to didactic lecture, practical demonstration, monitoring of group activities as well as evaluations.
• Collect, review, and assess student work.
• Find, evaluate, and address deficiencies, which may occur in class.
• Evaluate student performance during the course on a continual basis.
• Ensure examination procedure compliance with state and national guidelines and regulations.
• Maintain EMS training center and training program certificates per the Arizona Department of Health Services Bureau of Emergency Medical Services.
