Job summary

Aurora Health Care is seeking an experienced EMS Instructor Coordinator to lead EMS education initiatives across Emergency Departments and hospitals. The role focuses on collaboration with leadership to standardize operations, develop training curricula, and ensure high-quality patient care delivery.

The ideal candidate will hold an RN license, advanced EMS certifications, and demonstrated leadership in teaching and program management.

Qualifications

• Requires RN license in the practicing state.
• 3+ years of experience in paramedicine or nursing with significant teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with ED and hospital leadership to improve EMS program service outcomes.
• Coordinate and deliver emergency medical services education programs that meet state and national standards.
• Standardize program operations, budgeting, and policies to ensure quality EMS services.
• Provide on-scene medical direction under EMS Medical Director and supervise skill competency assessments.
