Allegiance Mobile Health seeks a Clinical Practice Specialist – Education to design, deliver, and improve continuing education and clinical development for field clinicians. You will build accredited curricula, coordinate CAPCE/state CE offerings, and mentor instructors to ensure documentation and compliance with medical direction and current guidelines.

Competenze

• Current certification/licensure as a TDSHS or Compact State Paramedic in good standing.
• Minimum of three (3) years of full-time field EMS experience at the Paramedic level.
• Experience developing and delivering EMS or healthcare education to adult learners.
• Working knowledge of CAPCE and state continuing education requirements and recordkeeping.
• Proficiency with learning management systems and standard office/productivity software.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Instructor-level credentials or obtain within 12 months: BLS, PALS, CPR, PHTLS, State EMS Instructor or higher.

Mansioni

• Develop, maintain, and update the organization's continuing education curriculum, including didactic content, lesson plans, and competency objectives aligned to EMS standards.
• Coordinate CAPCE-accredited and state-approved CE activities, including scheduling, rostering, documentation, and reporting of completion records.
• Serve as a lead instructor for classroom, virtual, and simulation-based education across EMT, AEMT, and Paramedic scopes of practice.
• Track individual and organizational CE compliance and produce reports to support recertification and accreditation requirements.
• Partner with Medical Director to translate protocol updates and QA/QI findings into targeted educational offerings.
• Maintain accurate education records within the LMS and ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Evaluate program effectiveness using assessments and outcome data; recommend improvements.
• Support accreditation maintenance and represent the organization in education matters with regulatory bodies.
• Mentor adjunct instructors and clinical preceptors on instructional best practices.
