Qualifications

• EMT training and certification.

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming calls from customers; prioritizes and dispatches.
• Evaluates potential problems from calls and CAD monitoring.
• Provides clerical support to EMS administration (schedules, reports).
• Maintains situational awareness and notifies EMS administration.
• Fulfills compliance responsibilities related to the position.
• Maintains two-way radio communications with field staff.
