Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• State Paramedic NR EMT-P certification within 6 months of start date; BLS and ACLS, PALS or PEPP within orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage, plan, organize and review EMS department activities and functions.
• Develop and modify Emergency Preparedness Plan and Joint Commission tasks.
• Oversee EMS operations and evaluate department performance.
• Lead updates to Emergency Preparedness Plan and implement changes.
• Ensure Joint Commission compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.
• Promote continuous improvement and staff readiness through training.
