Laramie County Community College seeks a Clinical Coordinator, EMS, to provide high-quality instruction in Health Sciences & Wellness pathways and related EMS courses at the community college level.

The role includes didactic and clinical teaching, coordinating EMT and Paramedic clinicals, developing materials, assessing students, and managing labs. Emphasis on improving student success, engagement, and program outcome alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications include: Associate’s degree, Wyoming Paramedic license, three years paramedic experience, two years teaching in an accredited program, Healthcare Provider CPR and ACLS, current immunizations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver EMS instruction including didactic and clinical courses.
• Coordinate clinical components for EMT and Paramedic programs.
• Develop and revise course materials aligned with college standards.
• Assess student performance and provide academic support for success.
• Engage in curriculum development, program assessment, and student success initiatives.
• Maintain partnerships and communicate with clinical sites.
