Job summary

The Lower Colorado River Authority is seeking a Supervisor for EMS and Advanced Applications. You will guide a team focused on developing and maintaining critical Energy Management Systems. Responsibilities include managing engineering staff, leading technical projects, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

Qualified candidates will have nine or more years of experience in energy management systems and a relevant degree. The role demands strong leadership skills and the ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Nine or more years of experience in energy management systems analysis and technical support.
• Proven experience in software development and engineering projects.
• Experience with SCADA/EMS applications and Knowledge of Transmission operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineers and technical staff for EMS and advanced applications.
• Develop strategic plans and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert with EMS and AVEVA PI vendors.
