Job summary

Seminole State College of Florida is seeking dedicated adjunct faculty to teach courses, develop syllabi, and deliver engaging instruction. Instructors will use CANVAS for materials, grade assignments, and provide constructive feedback to ensure student success across multiple programs.

Ideal candidates hold an associates degree in EMS or related field, with Florida EMS/paramedic licenses; Bachelor’s degree preferred. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and campus-based work.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in EMS, Fire Technology or related healthcare field (minimum).
• Current Florida paramedic/EMT certification or RN or healthcare license.
• 4+ years EMS field experience or 6+ years hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned courses and develop syllabi.
• Deliver lectures and exams; provide timely feedback.
