• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process medical records, identify missing items, and assign deficiencies.
• Index and file documents into the EMR with correct patient encounter and document name.
• Answer telephones, provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Print and process dictated or transcribed reports as needed.
• File paper records for storage and maintain records in an organized manner.
