Job summary

Raintree Systems is seeking an Associate Product Support Representative to provide first-line support for our EMR platforms. You will troubleshoot, guide clients, and manage cases with a phone-first, client-centric approach.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in SaaS software support, with Healthcare IT or EMR knowledge, and the ability to work PT hours in a HIPAA-compliant, dedicated workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of software application support in a SaaS environment.
• Medical Practice / Patient Front Office experience preferred.
• Must work on a Pacific Time Zone schedule (8am-5pm PT preferred).
• HIPAA compliant environment and dedicated workspace required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, technical solutions, and basic how-to guidance to clients on Raintree’s EMR platforms.
• Develop knowledge in core domains (Practice Management or Clinical) and deliver excellent client service.
• Troubleshoot, manage cases, and communicate clearly with clients to resolve issues.
• Document thoroughly, set follow-ups, and escalate when needed.
• Contribute to knowledge base content and training materials.
