Job summary

Raintree Systems is seeking an Associate Product Support Representative - Tier 1 (EHR/Patient/Front Office). The role focuses on timely, accurate assistance to clients using Raintree’s EMR platforms, with a phone-first approach and strong emphasis on troubleshooting, case management, and customer service.

You will work in a hybrid, primarily remote environment, pursuing knowledge in Practice Management or Clinical domains, documenting cases thoroughly, and contributing to the knowledge base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of software application support in a SaaS environment.
• Experience with EMR/EHR or Healthcare IT is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and basic guidance on Raintree’s EMR platforms.
• Develop knowledge in Practice Management or Clinical domains.
