Job summary

Raintree Systems is seeking an Associate Product Support Representative - Tier 1 to assist clients with Raintree’s EMR platforms in a hybrid Phoenix setting. You’ll handle inquiries, troubleshoot basic issues, and work toward quick problem resolution while maintaining a client-first approach.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to grow in Practice Management or Clinical domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• 2+ years of software application support experience in a SaaS environment preferred.
• High technical aptitude.
• Experience with EMR/EHR software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, technical solutions, and basic guidance to clients on Raintree’s EMR platforms.
• Develop knowledge in core domains (Practice Management or Clinical).
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a phone-first approach.
• Document cases thoroughly and manage follow-ups and escalation as needed.
• Assist with software upgrades and contribute to knowledge base content.
