Responsibilities

• Assist clinicians in work flow discussions to support adoption of technology.
• Conduct rounds with clinical staff to identify EMR issues and provide remediation.
• Assist in implementation and testing of EMR applications and interfaces.
• Coordinate training plans and go-live support for new functionality.
• Develop standards for EMR clinical documentation and provide education.
• Act as liaison between clinicians and HSC support staff.
• Participate in testing and validation of report writer specifications.
• Identify problems and propose solutions, promoting two-way communication.
• Travel up to 20% as needed.
