Lifepoint Health is seeking an EMR Liaison to support physicians, nurses, and clinicians in optimizing EMR utilization. You will collaborate with site IT, clinical leadership, and subject matter experts to implement, test, and educate on EMR products to improve patient care.

Key duties include workflow discussions with clinicians, conducting rounds to identify EMR issues, coordinating testing and upgrades, and training staff on new functionalities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical work experience with deep understanding of EMR utilization.
• Strong communication and training abilities for clinicians and staff.

Responsabilités

• Assists clinicians in work flow discussions and EMR adoption.
• Rounds with clinical staff to identify EMR issues and provide remediation.
• Participates in EMR implementation and testing with multiple areas and vendors.
• Develops rollout plans and training plans for new EMR functionality.
• Acts as liaison between clinical end users and IT/customer support.
• Advocates for clinicians in EMR enhancements and new technologies.
