Job summary

Qualifications

Position Overview

Adaptive Biotechnologies is seeking an organized, proactive, and execution-focused Integrated Solutions Specialist to support our commercial technology and EMR optimization strategy. This role independently advances assigned initiatives, ensuring that customer workflows, implementation readiness, cross-functional dependencies, and follow-through remain on track.

The Integrated Solutions Specialist works across Commercial Technology Strategy, Field Sales, Medical, Account Operations, Customer Operations, technical teams, and customers. The role owns defined workstreams and makes day-to-day execution decisions within agreed scope, while escalating strategic, clinical, technical, contractual, or material scope decisions.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions

Operational Execution and Initiative Ownership

• Own the day-to-day operational execution of assigned EMR integration and optimization initiatives from planning through launch and follow-through.
• Maintain clear documentation of customer workflows, implementation requirements, readiness, decisions, risks, dependencies, and actions as a reliable source of truth.
• Drive resolution of operational barriers by connecting stakeholders, addressing routine issues, and escalating risks that could affect milestones or customer outcomes.
• Lead internal and customer working sessions to clarify requirements, assess readiness, resolve execution questions, andestablishclear next stepsfor project recruitment efforts
• Assess downstream impacts and independently advance multiple initiatives, using judgment to prioritize work and recommend practical adjustments.

Cross-Functional and Customer Readiness

• Identifythe stakeholders, inputs, and decisionsrequiredfor successful implementation and optimization.
• Coordinate customer-readiness activities, including workflow documentation, communications, launch resources, traininglogistics, and follow-up.
• Develop sufficient knowledge of customer and EMR workflows toanticipateneeds and address routine execution questions, engaging subject-matter experts when specialized decisions arerequired.
• Build credibility with internal and external stakeholders through responsive communication, sound judgment, and reliable follow-through.

Process Improvement and Scalable Operations

• Identifyrecurring execution issues and improve templates, handoffs, workflows, and operating routines.
• Capture lessons learned andcontributeto standardized playbooks, workflow maps, and onboarding materials.
• Use company systems and available data tomonitorreadiness, workflow performance,utilization, and improvement opportunities.
• Use approved automation and AI-enabled tools to reduce administrative effort and improve information quality whilemaintainingrequired review and confidentiality.

Position Requirements (Education, Experience, Other)

Required

• Bachelor's degree plus at least 2 years of related experience, master's degree with relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience supporting or delivering cross-functional initiatives in healthcare, diagnostics, technology, implementation, operations, customer success, or a related environment.
• Demonstrated ability to independently organize work, manage competing priorities, and drive assigned deliverables to completion.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving skills, including the ability to distinguish routine execution decisions from issues requiring escalation.
• Clear and credible written and verbal communication skills across functions and organizational levels.
• Ability to quickly learn healthcare technology, diagnostic laboratory, customer workflow, and EMR integration concepts.
• Proficiency with common business and collaboration tools and sound judgment when handling confidential or sensitive information.

Preferred

• 3 or more years of relevant experience, including ownership of defined workstreams or implementation activities.
• Exposure to EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or OncoEMR.
• Experience in oncology, molecular diagnostics, laboratory operations, digital health, or healthcare technology.
• Experience coordinating testing, workflow change, customer launch, or post-launch optimization activities.

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $30.52 - $45.81

The base salary range represents a minimum-to-maximum salary (or hourly rate) available to candidates upon extension of offer.
