Centerpoint Health - Winchester Hospital, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Clinical Informatics Analyst to liaison between clinicians and EMR teams. The role supports EMR utilization, workflow optimization, and staff training to improve patient care across facilities.

The Analyst will participate in EMR implementation, testing, and enhancement projects, and will educate clinical teams on new EMR features while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in clinical field required.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical work experience with deep understanding of EMR utilization.

Responsibilities

• Assist clinicians in workflow discussions and EMR adoption.
• Round with clinical staff to identify EMR issues and provide remediation.
• Participate in implementation and testing of certified EMR applications.
• Develop training plans and go-live support for new functionality.
• Serve as liaison between clinicians and HSC support staff.
• Educate clinical staff on EMR tools and applications.
