Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is required.
• 2+ years of training users on clinical or hospital applications.
• Ability to translate EMR information into user-friendly training content.
• Strong project management skills with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with EMR systems, e-learning platforms, and training software.
• Ability to travel to different facilities as needed.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating training effectiveness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver role-based training programs on EMR and clinical applications for staff and providers.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions tailored to users' experience and workflows.
• Develop manuals, quick guides, videos, and e-learning modules.
• Coordinate onboarding education for new clinical team members.
• Provide ongoing education on updates and best practices to promote system adoption.
• Deliver instructor-led and one-on-one training ensuring proficiency in clinical workflows.
• Create training materials in collaboration with instructional designers.
• Monitor learner progress through LMS and conduct assessments with coaching.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to identify training needs and improvements.
• Leverage ARRT radiologic technologist experience to align training with best practices.
