Job summary

Functional Training Services in Columbus, OH is hiring a Training and Assessment Specialist to support participants in our vocational rehabilitation program. The role is full-time, typically Monday–Friday, with onsite work in Franklin County and occasional travel to nearby counties.

You will train participants, observe progress, collect performance data, maintain documentation, and collaborate with the team to help individuals achieve their career goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education/work experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook and Internet research.

Responsibilities

• Train participants to learn assigned work tasks per their plan.
• Observe and document skill and behavioral progress.
• Create daily plans and train tasks; analyze performance data.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services.
