The role focuses on helping participants learn job tasks and maintain employment, with primary work in Franklin, Fairfield, and Delaware counties. The position involves in-field training at participants’ workplaces, with some office time for reporting and planning.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree or college coursework preferred but not required.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook and Internet Research.
• Valid Ohio Driver's License with a safe driving record.
• Proof of current auto liability insurance; FTS-Identified Insurance Provider approval of coverage.
• Acceptable BCI/FBI background report.

Responsibilities

• Training of participants in their workplace to meet the employer’s requirements.
• Transports participants within community employment sites as consistent with participants’ service plan.
• Maintain schedule to maximize billable units of service.
• Maintains daily, accurate documentation of services provided. Completes reports in a timely basis.
• Assists other departments as requested or assigned.
