Job summary

Noble is seeking a dedicated staff member in Indianapolis, IN to support individuals with disabilities in developing life skills, personal development, and community integration. You will work one-on-one or in teams to provide supervision, instruction, and training aligned with Individual Support Plans.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily personal care, meal planning, budgeting, and transportation to activities, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must understand and apply Person Centered Planning and Positive Behavior Supports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn and use computer software applications.
• Ability to read and apply procedures, data, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and instruction to individuals in life skills, personal development, and community integration.
• Assist with daily personal care needs and transportation to activities.
• Implement ISP goals and monitor progress toward outcomes.
• Administer medications per plan and document as required.
• Support individuals in budgeting, meal planning, and housekeeping.
