Qualifications

  • Prefer experience in human services or with individuals with disabilities.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience providing behavior support services preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and active listening.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work cooperatively in teams.

Responsibilities

  • Complete comprehensive assessments.
  • Develop positive behavioral support plans.
  • Provide training to individuals, families, direct support staff and IST members.
  • Ensure services are delivered timely and in accordance with regulations.
  • Utilize state-approved templates.
  • Complete all required documentation within state mandated timelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
