Qualifications

• Ability to lift a minimum of 35 pounds; upper body leverage strength required.
• Knowledge of community and community activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support consumers to develop strategies and make informed choices.
• Provide opportunities for consumers to be self-advocates.
• Maintain collaborative professional relationships with the consumer.
