Job summary

East Bay Innovations (EBI) is seeking a dedicated Job Coach to provide one-on-one support to adults with developmental disabilities across Alameda County, including Dublin, Pleasanton, and Livermore. The role requires strong organization, communication, teaching, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.

A valid CA driver's license and access to a vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent organizational, communication, computer, teaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
