Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related human services field or two years of related work experience
• Any four-year combination of higher education and two years of related work experience, or
• AS in Behavioral Health Support fulfills requirements; four years of qualifying experience acceptable

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based mental health services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and intervention implementation.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clients, families, and stakeholders.
• Employ evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing, CBT/DBT-based skills, and trauma-informed strategies.
• Coordinate care with primary care physicians, schools, and community organizations.
• Maintain accurate records per organizational policies and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
