The role emphasizes Motivational Interviewing, CBT/DBT-informed strategies, and strengths-based approaches to build skills and resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related human services field.
• Bachelor’s degree in an unrelated field with two years related experience.
• Four-year combination of higher education and two years related experience.
• AS in Behavioral Health Support also qualifies.
• Experience delivering one-on-one or group services in rehabilitation/recovery settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based mental health services to clients across ages (children, adolescents, adults).
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing client goals.
• Coordinate care with families, schools, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate client records in line with policies.
• Participate in staff development and quality improvement initiatives.
