Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with mental health services and community-based support is preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills are required.

• Provide community-based mental health services including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and stakeholders to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and DBT.
• Coordinate care with physicians, schools, and community organizations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and client progress.
• Facilitate psychosocial rehabilitation group sessions aligned with goals.
