Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to empower students and schools. You will evaluate needs, plan evidence-based therapies, and work with ARD committees to support IEP goals.

Responsibilities include direct therapy or supervision of assistants, documenting progress, and communicating findings to families and district staff. Opportunities for mentorship and professional development are available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Texas SLP license.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations to identify therapy needs.
• Share evaluation results with parents and district personnel clearly and compassionately.
• Collaborate with ARD committee to design targeted interventions.
• Deliver therapy or supervise assistants to meet IEP goals.
• Maintain accurate progress records and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences to advocate for students.
