Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is hiring a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician’s Assistant to deliver on-site care in long-term care facilities. This part-time position values meaningful patient relationships and a collaborative care environment.

Candidates must hold an active NP/PA/Physician license in Minnesota with licensure in good standing and at least 6 months of experience in long-term care. Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $90,000 per year, plus PTO, a sign-on bonus, and malpractice

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NP/PA/Physician license; Minnesota license in good standing.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Ability to work part-time in a collaborative care setting.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to residents in long-term care facilities.
• Perform exams and medical history assessments.
• Diagnose and treat chronic and acute conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs.
• Develop and adjust care plans; prescribe medications.
• Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate residents and families about treatment options.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment.
