Job summary

Therapy Source, Inc. seeks Pennsylvania-licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to provide in-person services to private school students with autism and behavioral needs in Wyoming, PA. Both full-time and part-time roles are available, with school-day hours from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. CFY candidates are not eligible.

You will conduct evaluations, implement therapy, and contribute to IEPs while maintaining thorough documentation and collaborating with school staff.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
Pennsylvania license required for practice.
ASHA CCC-SLP certification required; CFY candidates not eligible.
At least 1 year of experience with children with disabilities, including autism and behavioral needs.
Ability to provide services in person in Wyoming, PA.
Up-to-date clearances or willingness to obtain them; professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop targeted goals based on student needs.
Provide speech-language therapy services to support communication, social, and academic goals.
Contribute to development and implementation of IEPs.
Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation and records.
Collaborate with school staff and educational team as appropriate.
