You will guide your team to success with support of store leaders, driving store performance while upholding brand standards and delivering excellent customer experiences. This role is regular/part time with flexible scheduling.

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Passion for styling and love of working with people.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Proficient with technology, including an ability to operate store systems accurately.

• Help store leaders execute daily operational action plans.

• Assess daily schedules to maximize productivity and payroll.
• Share daily communications with store teams and prioritize tasks.
