Open Sky Community Services in Massachusetts is seeking a Residential Counselor to provide direct care, guidance, and skill-building support in residential and community settings. You will assist individuals with daily living activities, community participation, and personal goal attainment in a safe, supportive environment.

You will develop individualized service plans, help with transportation and resources, promote inclusion and meaningful relationships, and maintain accurate documentation.

Competenze

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

• Assist in developing individualized, person-centered service and support plans and play an active role in their implementation.
• Provide support with daily living activities, skill development, and personal goal achievement.
• Assist individuals with accessing transportation and community resources as needed.
