Open Sky Community Services, Inc. is seeking a Residential Counselor in Massachusetts to provide direct care, guidance, and skill-building support in both residential and community settings.

You will assist individuals with daily living activities, transportation, and community participation, while maintaining a safe, supportive environment and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized, person-centered service plans and implement them.
• Provide support with daily living activities, skill development, and personal goals.
• Assist individuals with transportation and community resources as needed.
• Promote community inclusion, relationship building, and meaningful social roles.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for individuals served.
• Review and maintain required documentation accurately and timely.
