Job summary

Vinfen is seeking a Residential Counselor in Massachusetts to provide direct support to people with brain injury or behavioral conditions in group homes or individual living arrangements. You will work with residents, families, and staff to build independence, plan activities, assist with daily living, monitor medications under MAP, and help residents participate in the community.

Requires clean driving record and CPR/First Aid.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services related field preferred.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assists individuals in the home to become integrated into communities and build friendships.
• Plans recreational and social activities to promote social inclusion and well-being.
• Administers medication under MAP and supports treatment plans.
• Supports daily living activities, transportation for outings, and community engagement.
• Maintains records, completes logs, and communicates with program staff.
