Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through one-on-one intervention under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized behavior plans, teach communication, social and daily living skills, and apply evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.

Training is provided, and you’ll join a dedicated team committed to meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with autism is not required; training provided.
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification and TB test.
• Pass a pre-employment background check.
• Registered Behavior Technician certification required after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Support children in reducing interfering behaviors and tracking progress.
• Maintain safety and be prepared for varied positioning and lifting tasks.
