Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and at least 18 years old.
• One year of relevant experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities or in care.
• Valid California driver’s license and auto insurance; company vehicle may require 21+.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; bilingual EN/ES preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in initial and ongoing participant assessments and coordinate with families and support networks.
• Provide basic medical support and first aid as prescribed; document reporting accurately and timely.
• Engage stakeholders and advocate for treatment modifications or adaptive equipment as needed.
• Participate in required training, team meetings, and promote the CARE values in daily work.
