Job summary

GetHired, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to evaluate, develop, and implement personalized care plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall well-being across inpatient hospital units, outpatient clinics, home health environments, and community programs.

You will apply evidence-based physiotherapy techniques, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, document progress in EMR, and support discharge planning and smooth transitions across care

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent recognized by licensing authorities.
• Experience in inpatient hospital settings, outpatient clinics, home health, or community care programs.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques including trigger point therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Apply manual therapy, trigger point therapy, exercises, and modalities to promote healing and restore movement.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for discharge planning and care transitions.
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention, procedures, and home exercise programs.
• Document progress in EMR with detailed care plans and notes.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatment for optimal outcomes.
• Assist in acute care scenarios focusing on rapid recovery and mobility.
• Deliver care across pediatrics, geriatrics, orthopedics, outpatient clinics, hospital, home health, and community programs.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and ongoing strategies.
• Engage in continuing professional development to stay current with best practices.
