Job summary

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, document progress in EMR, and stay current with evidence-based practices to support rapid recovery and ongoing rehabilitation. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and state licensure are required; prior experience in orthopedics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
• Valid licensure as Physical Therapist in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Experience in inpatient, outpatient, home health, or community care.
• Experience with EMR documentation.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement physiotherapy techniques and modalities.
• Coordinate discharge planning with multidisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and prevention.
• Document progress in EMR and maintain care plans.
• Adapt treatments for pediatrics, geriatrics, orthopedics, and post-surgical cases.
• Stay current with advancements through continuous professional development.
• Collaborate across inpatient, outpatient, home health, and community settings.
