Job summary

Sterling Therapy Providers is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to organize and conduct physical therapy programs for our facility, directing resident participation to restore mobility and independence and to promote health.

Responsibilities include evaluating residents, designing treatment goals, selecting modalities and adaptive devices, supervising staff, and documenting care while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a physical therapy curriculum accredited and licensed as required by the state.
• Requires knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and documentation.
• Demonstrates professional behavior and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop treatment goals and plans.
• Design and fit adaptive devices, including orthotics and prosthetics.
• Select modalities suitable to patient needs and supervise staff.
• Instruct residents in mobility skills and monitor progress.
• Maintain safety and document all care activities.
