Responsibilities

• Work directly with individuals with mental health, developmental disability, or substance abuse issues.
• Communicate with qualified professional or supervisor regarding treatment or concerns.
• Apply person-centered treatment plans and implement interventions.
• Teach problem-solving skills and coping strategies.
• Lead therapeutic activities to improve emotional, vocational, educational, and social functioning.
• Provide transportation to appointments and activities; maintain valid NC driver's license and insurance.
