Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
CCAR or State Certified Peer Recovery Coach certification is required.
Experience working with individuals with SUD or mental health needs is preferred.
Public sector experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide a warm, welcoming environment for persons served.
Deliver short-term, recovery-oriented services to adults in crisis.
Provide recovery coaching to engage individuals in withdrawal management or residential treatment.
Communicate hope and recovery possibilities in conversations.
Document interactions and progress in the Electronic Health Record.
Conduct intakes onto the unit and refer individuals to access points.
Engage with team members and other departments.
Work flexible hours as needed.
