Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Physical Therapist license required.
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric PT preferred.
• Ability to work with students with a range of needs and collaborate with teams.
• Strong communication, organizational and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to students per IEPs.
• Travel between assigned school sites to provide consistent care.
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy interventions.
• Maintain thorough records of services and student progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings to support student-centered planning.
• Provide consultative support and education to teachers, staff, and families.
