Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to determine students’ motor skill levels and therapeutic needs.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans to support IEP goals.
• Deliver direct physical therapy services in accordance with district guidelines.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Consult regularly with educational staff and parents to provide updates and recommendations.
• Maintain all compliance and documentation standards required by the school district and state.
