Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• At least 60 hours of college credit in an early learning field and ability to work with young children and families.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills required.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Technology skills including e-mail, Internet, word-processing, and iPad usage.
• Must complete the PAT Foundational and Model Implementation Training.

Responsibilities

• Engage in recruitment activities.
• Complete initial and annual family-centered assessments with each family.
• Complete initial and annual development screening and health review for each enrolled child.
• Develop, monitor and review goals with each family.
• Plan visits focused on parent-child interaction and development centered parenting.
• Use PAT Foundational curriculum to share information with families.
• Provide group connections to build social connections and support child development.
• Connect families to resources to reach their goals.
• Help parents and children transition to services such as preschool.
