Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation in Eatontown, NJ is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver in-facility therapy, implement recovery plans, and help patients regain independence. Reporting to the Director of Rehab, you’ll work with a collaborative team focused on patient-centered care.

You’ll be licensed or eligible, graduate of an OTA program, and NBOT certified; the role offers mentorship for new grads, CEUs, and growth across a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program per AOTA/ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification by NBCOT.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-facility occupational therapy to patients.
• Implement established recovery plans and therapy programs.
• Deliver therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance independence.
• Collaborate with rehab team and refer to other care as needed.
