Qualifications

• Knowledge of supporting students with disabilities and accommodations.
• Experience designing and implementing differentiated instruction.
• Experience with middle school students and understanding their needs.
• Strong communication with families, school staff, and interdisciplinary teams.
• PA Special Education certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Ability to implement IEPs, use data to inform instruction, and maintain records.
• Commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive teaching.
