Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• PA SPED certification required within first year of employment, completed by second year.
• Experience driving student achievement results.

Responsibilities

• Plan grade-level and culturally responsive instruction.
• Develop detailed lesson plans aligned with state standards.
• Provide differentiated learning opportunities to support growth.
• Set and reinforce clear expectations for student engagement.
• Collaborate with teachers to increase student engagement and achievement.
• Support families through regular communication and meetings.
• Maintain initial and annual IEPs and monitor progress.
