Job summary

Irvine Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Kentucky is seeking a compassionate CNA to join our long-term care team. You will work under the nurse's direction, administer medications per physician orders, and supervise LPNs, LVNs and CNAs to provide total nursing care for residents.

Requirements include a CNA license and Medication Aide Certificate; English communication skills are essential. Experience in LTC preferred; benefits include shift differential, PTO accrual, and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Must hold CNA license and Medication Aide Certificate.
• Ability to communicate with residents and nursing staff in English.
• Prior LTC experience preferred; or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Administer medications under physician orders and supervise team members.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the nurse manager.
• Assist with mobility, daily living activities, and intake/output records.
• Maintain infection control and care plan adherence.
