Qualificações

• Current state license to practice Physical Therapy.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals and geriatric care knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Administer PT treatment plan onsite in patients' homes as developed by the Physical Therapist.
• Perform non-complex active and passive manual therapies, modalities to patients.
• Document client records and submit clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Attend educational meetings and coordinate department in-services.
• Notify Physical Therapist or Branch Director of equipment failures or staff or client changes.
• Apply infection control and universal precautions in patient care.
